Your tasks Managing and mentoring the team responsible for our client’s intellectual property rights portfolios, and be responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry and docketing of IP related events of our clients' intellectual property rights portfolios, in particular this includes the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs and utility models in various IP Management Software. Independent and responsible input of data into the internal system, intellectual property management software as well as administration, maintenance and monitoring of IP relevant data. Training of internal employees from within or other Dennemeyer locations with regard to formal processing of IP rights. Assign tasks to team members. Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule delivering the expected accuracy and quality. Manage the flow of day-to-day operations and monitor the productivity targets and financial and procedural accuracy standards as established by management. Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress. Establish and maintain an appropriate level of communication with management to address potential issues and concerns and take preventive measures that ensure processing accuracy and quality. If needed, provide support to other Dennemeyer Departments. Your profile Based in Singapore. Several years of experience in the IP area and with a strong understanding of IP laws and regulations. Knowledgeable in diverse IP management systems and docketing software. Proven ability to lead and manage a team, always ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output through structured feedback and training. Comfortable with setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound goals for your team and ensuring follow-through. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate clear and actionable feedback to your team and empathy skills combined with friendly, outgoing personality, creating a positive and productive team culture. Team collaborator with strong work ethic that includes identifying performance gaps and finding creative, effective solutions to improve both team and individual results including the ability to coach the team to reach their full potential even in high-pressure situations and lead your team through challenges without compromising on quality or customer experience. Dependability and the ability to work independently and willingness to learn new skills. Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion and high service orientation. Precise and autonomous way of working with high level of accuracy and attention to detail and with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines.
