  1. Arrange appointments and meetings for the F&B In charge.
  2. Prepare files, reports, correspondence, and other relevant business documentation.
  3. Handle general enquiries (i.e., F&B reservation calls and complaints).
  4. Send proposals to F&B outlet inquiries.
  5. Open and sort incoming mails, replying/forwarding correspondence to the relevant areas accordingly.
  6. Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect, or take a message.
  7. Monitor incoming mails and reply/forward correspondence to the relevant areas.
  8. Communicate well with all F&B outlets and related departments to ensure effective shift hand-overs.
  9. Coordinate with all the outlet managers accordingly.
  10. Coordinate and keep track with Human Resources regarding contract renewals and appraisals with all F&B staff.
  11. Arrange contracts for entertainment (i.e., Band, singers, etc.).
  12. Handle entertainment requests and approval (i.e., dine-in, vouchers, cakes, etc.).
  13. Take responsibility for the booking of major events such as Christmas and New Year and to be present on the event.
  14. Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request.
  15. Maintain current hotel information and F&B promotions to provide information to guests.
  16. Maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests to exceed their needs and report problems to Management with suggestions for resolution.
  17. Attend the F&B daily briefing.
  18. Update the Time Lieu excel sheet and summary report to be submitted to the Human Resources department on a monthly basis.
  19. Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communication.
  20. Maintain general filing systems.
  21. Actively participate in organized meetings.
  22. Work in line with business requirements.
  23. Perform related duties, special projects, and complete tasks as assigned and directed by Management.

  1. Present a good image by providing courteous and professional service and handling guest enquiries graciously and efficiently.
  2. Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel to recognize and respond to guests' needs.
  3. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
  4. Ensure that all operating standards comply with Company and Hotel Policies and Procedures and Minimum Standards.
  5. Ensure that all employees understand and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
  6. Respond to changes in departmental functions as dictated by the industry, the company, or the hotel.
  7. Maintain health and safety standards of the hotel by reporting all health and safety and security violations for immediate action.
  8. Be well aware of CP-Bahrain FLS Manual.
  9. Be well aware of Fire and BT evacuation plan & assembly point.
  10. In charge of all purchases in FBM for the general store and direct requisitions for all outlets.
  11. In charge of purchases of operational equipment with close coordination with Purchasing department, Finance, and the supplier.
