Operations/Sales Manager
Job details
Job Description - Manage a team of 15 drivers. - Cold calling new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. - Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Obtain new business from existing and new customers. - Analyze customer databases and create road plans. - Solve issues arising from customers' complaints. - Respond to emails and act upon customers’ requests. - Receive client calls between 7:00 am-10:00 pm, 6 days per week. - Manage all the company vehicle maintenance and regular servicing. - Perform other duties as assigned, some of which may be essential to the position. Desired Candidate Profile - 5 years of relevant experience in Business Management. - 2 years minimum experience in Qatar. - Sponsorship change. - Fluent in Hindi, English, and Arabic. - Holds a valid manual driving license. - Job Location: Qatar.
