Job Description
- Develop and implement HR plans, personnel management policies, and workplace safety programs while providing guidance on remuneration systems.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including succession planning and talent acquisition, to meet current and future organizational needs.
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws by developing, revising, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Drive performance management systems, including KPI development and feedback processes, to align with company goals.
- Conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, and salary structure revisions, ensuring competitive compensation packages and preparing salary budgets.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely adjustments for raises, bonuses, or benefits.
- Provide data-driven insights on HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, and recruitment efficiency, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Manage job descriptions, conduct job analyses, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with recruitment officers to define the required skills and attributes for new roles.
- Supervise the probationary process for new hires and facilitate evaluations to ensure a smooth transition into permanent roles.
- Facilitate periodic performance reviews and analyze results to support career planning and goal setting.
- Manage the employee separation process, conduct exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations to support organizational development and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and HR best practices while fostering a positive work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the manufacturing industry in the UAE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
