Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Industry: Events and Exhibitions / Advertising Agency / Marketing Agency Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Excellent salary Offered + Benefits Job Responsibilities:

Have an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing mix, strong analytical skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.
Have strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Improve the brand’s online presence and search rankings.
Execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media advertising, etc.
Show the marketing managers and content leads the implementation of the strategies to foster organic site growth of event and media publishing sites.
Work with the performance marketing agency to brief about campaigns, optimize spend and gather learnings from continuous testing and learning.
Be responsible for campaign reporting, testing and improvement focusing on conversion rate optimization to improve channel performance and increase show attendance.
Work with various stakeholders and provide data-driven insights and recommendations, by collaborating with multiple internal and external departments, including data and analytics, agencies, show marketing managers, etc.
Continuously research audience and market needs along with marketing managers.

Job Requirements:

Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or related field.
Relevant work experience in Digital Marketing.
Have solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Have hands-on experience in running ad campaigns, setting up and optimizing social ads, through Instagram, Facebook, Google Adwords, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Have excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
