Regional Manager Idara-E-Taleem-O-Aaghi, Pakistan Expanding organizational work in Sindh. Linkages to organization offices across Pakistan - team building and integration. Social marketing for programs/projects in Sindh. Exploring new projects, building networks and proposal writing/bidding. Engaging with the Government for relationship building, public sector policy influence, and expanding the client base. Engaging with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and partners. Supporting and monitoring projects/programs. Selection of teachers and educators for Plymouth State University (PSU)/Pakistani Educational Leadership Institute (PELI) and other courses. Holding seminars and workshops. Fostering and promoting professional networks: PELI Alumni & PTAN, among others. Supporting the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan 2010-2015 as an anchor person for Sindh in collaboration with the ASER Team Pakistan. Training, research, analysis, field monitoring, report writing, and dissemination. Initiating a program for vulnerable children through drop-in centers/catch-up programs and cross-sectoral initiatives. Engaging in learning at the local, national, regional, and international levels. Undertaking training in appropriate areas from time to time.Job SpecificationExcellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Understanding of databases and ability to develop analytical reports. Command over computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email communications). Ability to develop working relationships with federal/provincial authorities. Ability to identify HRD requirements. Ability to provide implementation support and coordinate among team members at head office and field level. Excellent leadership qualities.About UsITA was formed in 2000 and registered in June 2000.
