Assistant Director - Software Engineer (Java) (Contractual)Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using web applications, Spring Boot framework, ORM framework like Hibernate, Spring Data, and Java.Experience in developing RESTful APIs and micro-services architecture to support scalable and reliable applications.Experience in conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting software issues to ensure optimal performance.Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.Good understanding of Database Schema designs and SQL.Manage project builds and dependencies using Maven.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Educational Background: Bachelors in Computer Science (4 years) or equivalent from HEC Recognized University.Job Location: IslamabadTerms and ConditionsSelected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.5 years' relaxation in age is already included in above age limit.Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.No TA/DA will be admissible.Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.Females, Minority, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be allowed during the test/interview.The deadline for submission of application is 4th August 2024, and only online applications will be accepted.For further details and to apply, please visit https://careers.nadra.gov.pk.
