Senior Manager Digital Marketing & Media

Role DescriptionDeveloping and leading the organisation's annual digital marketing plan across Paid, Owned and Earned Media including PPC (Pay Per Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media, and Affiliates across local and international markets.Tracking and measuring SEO and Google Analytics metrics and providing ongoing reporting.Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns.Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI & KPI).Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the organization's overarching marketing strategy.Implementing strategies to drive traffic to QNB's website including SEO and PPC.SkillsCreation and maintenance of the digital marketing policy and framework.Leading negotiations across local and international markets on key media bookings and contracts to ensure optimized exposure at preferential costs.Devising MarTech solutions for excellence in planning, operations, and customer experience.Implementing departmental policies and procedures, which will set out the principles, methodology, and techniques to establish an effective presence across both offline and online channels.
