A commodity house specializing in the steel space are looking at expanding their trading desk in the UK. The company is successful within the Steel space and are looking at adding a remote Steel Trader to their team who specializes in Specialty Steel such as Hot Rolled Bars and Forged Bars. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their coverage and skillset and to further gain exposure to the market. If you are looking for a senior trading opportunity where you can develop and progress within the industry, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! Responsibilities: • Responsible for managing their own book as well as potential relationships the client may have • Develop and maintain relationships with a range of clients in the Steel trading space • Implement different trading strategies considering market developments Skills and Experience Required: • 5+ years of trading Steel in Europe • Strong knowledge of Hot Rolled Bars & Forged Bars • Strong Relationships within the steel space • Own book of business If this sounds like an exciting position for you, please get in touch!
