Hands On Engineering Manager - AI-Powered Solutions for World Leading Investors - £120k - Remote First Venchr has an incredible opportunity to join one of the most talented engineering functions in London; this ever-growing Start-Up (founded in 2017) has so far built an incredible web application and API offerings that deliver best-in-class data and essential analytics custom-tailored for credit professionals. We are looking for an ambitious hands-on Engineering Manager who is primarily Backend focused, skilled in technologies such as Python, Node, AWS & TypeScript; experience with a Frontend stack would be a nice bonus. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most talented engineering functions in London & have a huge say in the direction we take this team & our product. Our aim is to automate as much of a credit analyst’s day as possible to free up institutional investors’ resources and empower analysts to be as productive and insightful as possible. Currently, working with the world’s leading investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds, & we are growing quickly. We constantly strive to be the must-have data analytics product for credit investors, globally. We would expect you to bring previous experience of leading a small team with strong & clear communication skills, whilst remaining hands-on with coding as well as being comfortable with driving architecture forward.
