Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: London (REMOTE) Contract Duration: 6 Months+ Rate: Outside IR35 Sector: Building Services, Commercial About the Role : We are partnered with an industry leading client who are in need of a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to work on a large scale commercial project starting in January 2025. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical design, project management skills, and experience working on complex engineering projects. The client is looking to have someone ready to start the project at the end of February. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and backup systems.
• Manage electrical design projects from concept through to completion, adhering to compliance with codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with all teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• 7+ years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP).
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC) and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PE preferred).
