We are seeking a skilled IMAC Engineer to support installations and upgrades across data centers (DCs) for our Northern client base. - Position : IMAC Engineer
- Salary : £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
- Additional : £4,800 annual car allowance
- Location : Remote-based with travel to client sites. Occasional travel to the York office. Travel expenses covered.
- Start Date : ASAP, with flexibility for notice periods up to 3 months for exceptional candidates.
- A valid driving license.
- Ability to obtain SC clearance as a minimum.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proven experience in installing or upgrading data centers.
- Resides north of the Midlands.
- Familiarity with Dell portfolio storage products.
- Ideally based in Manchester.
- Perform data center upgrades and installations at client sites.
- Handle tasks such as racking, stacking, powering, and pinging equipment.
- Execute both short-duration jobs (a few hours on-site) and longer-term projects (spanning multiple days).
- A professional with exceptional customer service skills, capable of representing the organization in high-pressure environments.
- A proactive, adaptable individual who thrives in dynamic settings.
- First Stage : Virtual interview via Teams.
- Second Stage : Face-to-face interview in the York office.
