Title : Junior Infrastructure Support Engineer Client : Quant Fund – Global collaborative firm run by passionate Computer Scientists Salary : up to £85,000 + bonus + package/perks Location : London, Liverpool Street (Hybrid/Remote - 3 days onsite) My client is a dynamic global quant fund that is building cutting-edge systems from a beautiful London skyscraper. In this position, will be part of a skilled team focused on ensuring the reliability and availability of key services, such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Build & Deploy processes, Research platforms, and Trading systems. ( A full and detailed job spec is available) The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience -
- Minimum 1 year commercial experience within a DevOps, SRE, Production or Systems Engineer role
- Solid Python coding experience
- An understanding of relational databases and querying (SQL, Postgres etc.
- Must love Linux
- A personality and genuine passion in technology!
- (Nice to have) Computer Science Degree
