Role Overview In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and manage robust infrastructure solutions tailored to high-volume blockchain applications.
- Leverage your expertise in the Solana ecosystem to support decentralised applications and systems.
- Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation to ensure efficient workflows.
- Oversee system performance, scalability, and availability, with a strong focus on resilience.
- Collaborate with diverse technical teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Develop and implement monitoring, logging, and incident management strategies.
- Drive cloud-native and container-based solutions using tools like Kubernetes.
- Optimise infrastructure for handling large-scale blockchain transaction volumes.
- Stay informed of emerging trends in Web3, blockchain, and DevOps to continuously enhance infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in DevOps , with expertise in managing large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem , including nodes, validators, and dApp infrastructure.
- Strong skills in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire technical teams.
- Previous experience in blockchain/Web3 projects.
- Knowledge of blockchain security best practices.
- Proven ability to manage infrastructure in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
