This role offers a unique opportunity to shape BI capabilities, delivering insights that drive decision-making while leading and growing a talented team. Remote working with occasional office travel. Interviews begin mid-December remotely. Role Overview As BI & Reporting Manager, you will own the BI strategy, delivering impactful dashboards and tools via Power BI to support stakeholders across the business. Collaborating closely with Data Governance and Engineering teams, you’ll ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with industry standards. This is a hands-on role that evolves into a strategic leadership position as your team grows. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a BI strategy for actionable insights and efficiency.
- Lead a team of Power BI developers, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs tailored to business needs.
- Implement robust controls and risk management within BI processes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Strong experience in BI, analytics, and data visualisation, ideally in financial services.
- Expertise in Power BI and report development.
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
