- Collaborating, coaching and mentoring other engineers and team members
- Minimising technical risks and ensure a high-quality output
- Supervising and overseeing the technical aspects of the projects
- Ensuring all deliverables are thoroughly testes
- Communicate with engineers across different functions and oversee delivery of a cross-platform project
- Lead and work comfortably with offshore and nearshore teams
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in engineering
- Experience in Java, Spring, PostgreSQL, Kafka or Pubsub, Docker, Cloud & Kubernetes
- Leading and mentoring experience
