• Monitor marketing performance using data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the MD on marketing activities and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and adapt marketing efforts accordingly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that support client acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with media houses and industry influencers.
• Act as the company's spokesperson when necessary, ensuring all communication aligns with organizational goals.
• Plan and execute company events, such as job fairs and industry workshops, to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee sponsorship opportunities and participation in external events that align with Catalyst Business Consult's goals.
