L2/3 Voice Networks - Collaboration Chennai 6-8 Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have
- Good knowledge in Cisco Voice and Video stream protocols, servers and gateways, MS Teams
- Handson experience in administering and maintaining the Cisco telepresence servers and the end points, the third-party devices that can be compatible with Cisco TP.
- Handson knowledge and experience in MS Teams Voice technology and meeting rooms for video conferencing. Should possess administration and maintenance skills.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in Cisco Unified Communication Manager (version 11 and above), Cisco Unity Connections (version 11 and above), Cisco Emergency Responder (version 11 and above),
- Configure and maintain SRST, QoS, Voice Routing Protocols and Voice Gateways (SBC, Audiocodes, Analog gateways).
- Troubleshooting issues related to PRI, MGCP, H.323, SIP Trunks
- Handling issues related to Cisco End points (Telepresence codec and devices, IP phones, Webex soft phones, Analog lines)
- Monitoring the alerts proactively and addressing the problem
- Technical issues include network-related problems, system failures, and routing changes and updates.
- Consult clients and customers to ensure that their needs are met; customer service skills are essential to building rapport with customers
- Handled escalations and resolved technical issues according to SLA, should have enough experience on problem management.
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience- resolving test cases & result with direct client interaction.
- Flexible in Shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Cisco Certification (CCNA / CCNP - Voice) would be a plus
- Maintain up- to- date documentation of network design, operation and procedure manuals
- Maintain efficient and trouble free operation of all local and remote data communication
- Should have multi domain knowledge in Network Data and Network Security
- Experience in monitoring tools like Solarwinds, Netscout, Thousand Eyes for proactive alerts enhancement.
