Position Overview The Digital Risk Services SOC Reporting & HITRUST Consultant is responsible for executing controls-related engagements, including System and Organization Control (SOC) attestation engagements and HITRUST assessments. This role involves thoroughly testing and reviewing client-prepared documentation for SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST assessments, as well as performing detailed evaluations of business processes and IT general controls. The consultant will communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide updates, collaborate with engagement team members to ensure seamless project execution, and contribute to practice development activities to enhance service offerings. Responsibilities
- Execute SOC 1, SOC 2, and HITRUST assessments by prioritizing engagement tasks, conducting tests of business processes and IT general controls, and communicating progress to both clients and the engagement team. This includes drafting reports and assisting in presenting engagement results to clients.
- Proactively interact with clients to gather information and identify process improvement opportunities, preparing necessary documentation to communicate these insights to the engagement team and clients effectively.
- Adhere to engagement schedules and meet deliverable deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by developing a comprehensive understanding of their operations, and promptly communicating client expectations, control exceptions, or engagement issues to the engagement team.
- Master’s degree in accounting or information technology (BTech/Mcom/MBA/CPA/CA)
- 1+ years of experience in IT audit or SOC audit experience
- Additional qualification - CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) preferred.
- Demonstrate analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
