Test Lead / Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead/Manager to oversee the testing lifecycle of our client's software development projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their products by leading testing strategies, managing teams, and fostering a culture of quality assurance across projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Define, implement, and manage the testing strategy, processes, and frameworks to ensure high-quality deliverables.
2. Lead and mentor a team of testers, including allocating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication.
3. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver test plans.
4. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts (manual and automated).
5. Drive defect management, including defect identification, documentation, and resolution tracking.
6. Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
7. Advocate for quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Proven experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager in a software development environment.
2. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
3. Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques.
4. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other software development methodologies.
