Responsible for the preparation, billing, filing of court documents, keeping track of Court dates, drafting letters, and documents as required. Able to work independently and attend to e-filing, e-stamping, and all other online services as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: Legal Clerk: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good communication skills. Meticulous, analytical, hardworking, responsible, independent, and possess good interpersonal skills and communication capabilities (positive attitude). Punctual, trustworthy, and willing to learn. Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Core Matter. Able to work under pressure with tight timelines. Strong understanding of general litigation and conveyancing processes is an advantage. Applicants who can start immediately will have an advantage. Paralegal / Pupil in Chambers: LLB qualification. Ability to conduct research. Analytical, hardworking, with good interpersonal skills and responsibility. Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Trustworthy, confidential, and possess good personal ethics. Able to work independently with minimal supervision (not applicable to Pupil In Chambers position) and meticulous. Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, with knowledge of e-filing, e-stamping, and other online platforms. Able to work under pressure with tight timelines.
