Technician 2 Manufacturing

Job Summary: Carry out assigned tasks to uphold product quality and assist in environmental safety and health efforts as well as the seamless operation of departmental business continuity activities while adhering to company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining the smooth operation of production and optimizing yield utilization and product quality through machine sustaining and maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules address equipmentrelated issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor equipment performance indicators and implement corrective actions to address deviations from performance targets.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance and repair tasks ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide training and support to operators and maintenance staff on equipment operation maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications : Required :

• Diploma in Mechatronics Electrical Electronic and Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills initiative independent good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment operation.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings weekends or overtime as needed.

Skills:

• Positive attitude and ability to act as team player.
• Comply with applicable environmental health and safety laws and regulations company policy and accepted safe work practices.
• Knowledge / Trained in ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 45001 and BCMS 22301 standards will be an added advantage
