Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, including institutional and retail investors.
  • Conduct regular communication through calls, meetings, and presentations to provide updates on KLDX’s performance and offerings.
  • Organize investor events, such as briefings, roadshows, and webinars, to enhance engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform strategies and messaging.
• Provide feedback from investors to the leadership team to align offerings with market expectations.
• Content Creation
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce impactful investor communications, including pitch decks, fact sheets, newsletters, and annual reports.
  • Develop materials to explain tokenized investments, market trends, and KLDX’s unique value proposition.
• Investor Acquisition
  • Proactively identify and onboard new investors through targeted campaigns and networking.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to design strategies for investor outreach and onboarding.
• Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all investor communication adheres to regulatory requirements, including disclosures mandated by the Securities Commission Malaysia.
  • Maintain transparent and ethical communication practices to build trust and credibility.
• Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze investor engagement metrics to refine outreach strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on investor feedback, engagement activities, and market opportunities.

Qualification and Skills:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or CFA is a plus.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in investor relations, financial services, or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with fintech, blockchain technology, or tokenized assets is highly desirable.
• Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations tools/platforms.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
