The successful candidate will provide services and have the willingness to travel while living in one of the following area: *Milton, Halton Hills, Guelph and Cambridge area* Rehab First is one of Ontario`s largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations,numbering approximately 120 professional staff that are supported by the Psychologists and Physicians on our MED_Net_® roster. *Qualifications: ** You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and are currently registered or working towards registration as a new grad with COTO * Have a valid CPR certificate * Hold a Valid Driver’s Licence, auto insurance and have a reliable vehicle * Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months *Key Responsibilities:** Complete general and specialized assessments such as those for physical and cognitive capacities, mobility, and attendant care needs * Develop treatment plans with the client * Provide client treatment in the clinic, their community, their home or workplace * Work with clients that have a variety of injury or illness which may include physical, cognitive and/or mental health conditions * Preparing and submitting case notes and reports * Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team *Based on the total compensation package you chose, Rehab First will provide you with:** Competitive compensation & for those who qualify a benefits package * Flexible Schedule and opportunity to work from home office (computer and supplies provided)* Experienced, committed, and accessible management for ongoing support and mentorship * An administrative team ready to support you If you are excited to be a part of the vision of the Rehab First team and our clients’ journey, please forward your resume and cover letter to Bonnie Kramer at recruitment@rehabfirst.ca.
