Quality Assurance Automation Lead

Note: We Need only Immediate joiner. Job Title: Automation Lead Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation using Selenium and will be responsible for leading the automation efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the automation efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop automation solutions that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Selenium features, releases, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including automation frameworks, test scripts, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of automation solutions in production environments.
• Lead the implementation of automation solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test automation strategies.
• Develop and maintain automation metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the project manager to develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Participate in project meetings and status updates.

• 8+ years of experience in automation using Selenium.
• Strong understanding of Selenium WebDriver and its capabilities.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, including TestNG and JUnit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex automation problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud-based automation tools, including cloud-based test automation platforms and SaaS-based automation solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience with process mining and process discovery tools.
