Responsibilities

• Understand and grasp the core competency and advantage of Huawei BSS Solution and incorporate industry best practice BSS capabilities/features.
• Provide industry best practice IT-BSS solution recommendations to resolve Customer IT-BSS pain points based on industry IT-BSS experience.
• Perform gap analysis, scoping, and work closely with Huawei BSS R&D and SE to produce Prepaid/Postpaid/CRM Solution HLD, proposal, Functional requirement Specs, and Integration specs to align with customer business requirements.
• Identify and convert Customer IT/BSS pain points into tangible business opportunities with proposed solutions.
• Act as onsite SA for the Solution sales team and Project Service delivery team to clarify solution designs, scope, delivery, and integration test complexity during project life cycles.
• Responsible for new features or change request impact analysis documentation and clarification with the customer.
• Support project delivery team in implementation, integration testing, defect resolution, and clarification as required.
• Assist Huawei Solution sales team in presales activities and high-level workshop presentations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• More than 6 years of BSS solution design and 5 years of BSS project implementation experience as a Solution Architect in BSS project delivery.
• Perform Due Diligence and output system architecture and solution design for legacy network architecture.
• Provide feasible E2E solutions and impact analysis based on the BRD (Business Requirement Document) and system architecture.
• Governance for 3 parties integration as a system integrator.
• Provide testing cases and support testing until acceptance for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Excellent coordination, teamwork, communication skills, and target-oriented.
• Experience in complex BSS/IT/Software project delivery.
• Familiarity with industry Prepaid Charging, Postpaid Billing, or CRM's Business Processes & Requirements & Functions & Features.
• Familiarity with Telecom Operators Business and Service operation Process.
• Familiarity with telecom Operators‘ offering structure on BSS systems, such as BSS solutions from Amdocs or Huawei, Netcracker, etc.
• Strong communication skills to conduct workshops and articulate solution design to all levels of clients and internal teams.
