Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive at Musee Platinum Tokyo - MY located in Puchong. What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
2. Prepare detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support effective decision-making.
3. Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Provide valuable assistance to management on various financial matters and special assignments as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
7. Prepare full sets of accounts for the company and its subsidiaries, including group consolidation where necessary.
8. Take responsibility for taxation matters and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.

What we're looking for

1. At least 2 to 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3. Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Cantonese [Required monthly reporting to the office centre in Hong Kong].
4. Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
