- MSP Clients Experience: Hands-on experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in recruitment.
- Should Have worked with Engineering/Semiconductors/States/Energy/Utilities/Automotive/Manufacturing Domains
- Proficient in using ATS, Preferably (Ciepal)
- LinkedIn RPS Expertise: Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage top talent.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
- Target-oriented: A strong drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
