• Implement and configure SAP CO modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and develop efficient solutions using SAP CO functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CO applications, resolving any issues promptly.
• Train and support end-users to enhance their understanding and effective use of SAP CO.
• Develop detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

• SAP CO consultant with a minimum of 5-10 years of implementation and support experience.
• Should have at least four end-to-end implementations (minimum 2 Account based CO-PA) and support experience in the SAP Controlling module.
• Very strong understanding of overhead allocation rule design for product profitability up to PAT at various profitability dimensions.
• Experience in SAP Controlling organization structure, including appropriate design of Profit Center with all accounting in relevant profit centers (as opposed to a common PC) for the ability to generate balance sheets.
• Experience in cost element accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product cost controlling, and profitability analysis.
• Experience in MTS and MTO scenarios.
• Experience in assessment, distribution, cost center planning, and profit center planning.
• Experience in overhead calculation, WIP, variance, result analysis, and settlement month-end processes.
• Experience in integration with other SAP modules: SAP-FI, PP, PM, MM, PS, HCM, SD, Vistex, BPC.
• Create/maintain user manuals and assist in designing authorization roles.
• Help the team in prioritizing and resolving incidents within the defined SLAs.
• Finalize business processes.
• Handle weekly/monthly review meetings.
• Experience in reporting through Fiori Apps and AFO.
• Experience in Z developments as per the requirements.
• Mentor and develop team members within the CO module on technical/process areas to share knowledge and experience and build the capability of the team.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with management, partners, and the technical IT team.
• Project management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing tests, training users, and documenting training materials.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of the system development life cycle, dynamics of application development, and information technology practices and methods.
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Science or a Master’s degree.
• Must have experience working with a global team and managing operations, projects, and people remotely.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA PP.
