We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer who can design, develop, and maintain sophisticated web applications. You will be working on server-side logic, database management, and seamless integration with a React-based front-end. Roles and Responsibilities: Backend Development Expertise:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable back-end solutions using Python and Django.
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications for seamless user experiences.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, identifying and fixing bottlenecks and bugs.

Front-end Integration:

• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate dynamic React components with back-end logic.
• Ensure a cohesive, interactive UI/UX that aligns with design specifications.
• Maintain efficient communication between front-end and back-end services to ensure system integrity and reliability.

Technical Leadership & Problem-Solving:

• Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team.
• Anticipate and address potential issues proactively, ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures throughout applications.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, encouraging high-quality code standards and open knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with the latest Python, Django, and React developments, continually improving the codebase and development processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of four years in a Python development role, with at least two years specializing in Django-based applications.
• Front-End Integration: Proven experience integrating back-end services with React front-ends.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, and React, along with a deep understanding of relational databases, RESTful APIs, and Git-based version control.
• Best Practices: Strong knowledge of coding standards, testing frameworks, automated deployments, and scalable application architectures.
• Problem-Solving: A solutions-oriented approach with excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
