JD: Regional Inside Seller – Mapping & Qualifying Reporting: Team Lead / Sr. Manager Inside Sales How you will contribute ·Work with Regional sellers to identify and qualify target companies to build their sales pipeline ·Exhaustive market mapping across geographies & sectors. Identify existing & greenfield prospects across Business, Education & Healthcare sectors. · Conduct calling campaigns to qualify prospects through primary research · Build relevant stakeholder network across the qualified prospect base by understanding the buying process & buyer roles · Increase inside-sales funnel velocity through stakeholder network building & client research · Provide client insights to increase sales velocity KPIs/Measures ·Secondary research & leverage social media to ensure exhaustive market mapping across sectors. No existing or upcoming business opportunity should be missed. · Generating Qualified leads over the phone by qualifying as per Compass’s criteria through primary research · Increase meeting & sales pipeline conversions. Conversion of qualified leads to validated sales pipeline for seller territories · Building relevant Stakeholder network & buying insights · CRM compliance · Social Selling index and ability to leverage social media for secondary research Person Specifications · High Social selling index · Excellent Communication Skills · Proficient in B2B market mapping research and lead gen methodology · Sales orientation · Process Oriented · Good analytical skills . Sales funnel Understanding . Proficient in MS-Excel Essentials · Keen interest in business affairs and B2B enterprise sales · Comfortable picking up the phone to qualify and pitch to senior-top level contacts · Goal oriented and used to working in sales environment where evaluation is based on achievement of measurable metrics · Graduate – Preferred Food services or any other B2B enterprise sales / inside sales background · 3+ years of B2B enterprise inside sales
