About the Role: As the part of the Founder's Office at ValueMatrix, you will be a key member of the recruitment team, directly reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with the company's founders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of strategic initiatives, managing special projects, and providing critical insights that contribute to the company's growth and success. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founders and executive team to translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives.
• Recruit the best culturally fit talent for VM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of recruitment initiatives.
• Assist in crafting executive-level communications, presentations, and reports.
• Act as a liaison between the founder, and internal/external stakeholders.
