Staff Specialist Data Excellence

Job Description In your new role you will:

1. Develop and align target-processes for Supply Chain Process-KPIs/metrics, WIP Integration & Data.
2. Support process owner to drive process governance and improvements projects. Engage cross-functional business partners to communicate target process and roadmaps to ensure targets are met.
3. Be responsible for Process and Tools optimization and provide active support for company-wide projects to focus on standardization and bring optimal business benefits. Lead competence team with a group of experts to define strategy, processes, roadmap, and guiding principles.
4. Be the subject-matter expert to support ongoing projects to implement advanced planning solutions and tools.
5. Provide support in data analytics and data visualization through adopting automation and digitalization techniques.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement continuous improvements in Supply Chain, align initiatives, and drive end-to-end process integration. Continuously improve, centralize, and link process documentation and involve in knowledge-sharing.

Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Engineering/IT related disciplines with 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing environment, ideally in Semiconductor industry.
2. Meticulous and demonstrate strong analytical skills in big data environment.
3. Solid expertise in inventory management principles and analysis tools.
4. Ability to work with datasets from various databases, perform data analysis and create visualizations, using e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Cube (SQL is a plus).
5. Ability to translate complex business needs into concrete actions and proactive to go the extra mile where it is meaningful.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Controls, Manufacturing processes, Project Management will be an added advantage.
8. Implementation experience on SAP and MES (Camstar/OpCenter) will be an added advantage.
