Company Description We go by the brand name 'Not Rocket Science'. We are a nutrition focused startup in the F&B space. Currently we make RTD nutritional and protein shakes that we sell within India and in the US. We are operating both online as well as offline channels and are present in various Indian outlets like Nature's Basket, Modern Bazaar, etc. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Head for Not Rocket Science. The National Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, setting sales goals, and analyzing data to drive business growth. Location is flexible however we prefer (Mumbai, Delhi NCR or Bengaluru). Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Managing the sales channel (Distributors, Retailers, Gyms, etc.)
- Must have background in FMCG or F&B or Nutrition industry
- 6+ years experience in offline Sales
- Bachelor's degree in business
- CTC - Rs. 20 Lac/annum Maximum
