• Supervise and guide a team of LinkedIn Marketing Executives and Content Writers.
• Monitor the performance and tasks of all team members to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

• Review and approve creative posts and content to ensure alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the LinkedIn team to schedule and post approved content.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize LinkedIn marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and best practices to enhance the team’s output.

• Ensure all content and posts meet high-quality standards before submission or posting.
• Regularly evaluate team workflows to identify and address areas for improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in social media management, focusing on LinkedIn.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
