Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding client’s business model and stitching the paid media performance marketing strategy to their business goals.
- Consumer Profiling & define target audiences on paid media channels such as Google & Meta - draw consumer insights & map digital touch points.
- Fulfilment of Business goals across the marketing funnel (Awareness, Consideration & Purchase) through paid media channels.
- Create paid media campaign plans included but not limited to Google & Meta Ads.
- Ad account setup, structure, keyword ideation, audience ideation, ad copies creation and editing.
- Managing account, campaign, and ad group/ad set level settings.
- Execute, monitor, and optimize the performance of campaigns.
- Suggesting new ideas for the account expansion and optimization based on research.
- Suggesting improvement on existing processes and creation of new processes to help improve account, client, and campaign management.
- Work with other teams to generate ideas and learn from their experiences.
- Internal account auditing and ensuring the best practices and strategy is implemented across platforms.
- Generate campaign and analytics insights by analyzing digital & business data in depth.
- Being adept on platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, Similar Web, Comscore etc. to understand category and brand trends and derive insights which can be used to optimize the campaigns.
- Manage day to day client management and communication, and ensuring all deliverables are accurate and on time.
- Assisting in creation and insights for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and reviews.
- Analyzing & optimizing campaign performance to increase Sales and ROI of brands.
- Work closely with their manager on project management and help run internal team operations smoothly.
- Mentor analysts on all things paid media.
- At least 2 years of experience in executing campaigns on Paid Media platforms including but not limited to Google & Meta Ads.
- Holistic knowledge of Google & Meta platform functionalities to help brands navigate their growth opportunities.
- Self-starter and curiosity to learn & grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage the client independently.
- Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning.
- Agile & proactive when suggesting ideas or brainstorming with team/client.
- Ability to take ownership & working with brands & paid media platforms.
- Upskilling constantly to keep up with the industry trends & updates.
