Job Title: Azure DevOps Support Engineer Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Support Engineer responsible for managing and supporting Azure DevOps environments. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth application delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Azure DevOps services, including build and release pipelines, repositories, and artifacts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure DevOps tools and services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for applications using Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline software development processes.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices for Azure DevOps implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps and related services.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, source control (Git), and DevOps best practices.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
