Position Summary:
- Deliver UX / UI designs to all stakeholders.
- Work with team to understand UX scope.
- Co-ordinate and review markups with UI developers to get the design right.
- Work on all Products and Client tickets.
- Learn and follow UX / UI design process.
- Work with business analyst to understand UX design needs.
- Responsible for the on-time delivery of assigned User Experience design deliverables.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a UX / UI designer.
- Design samples / portfolio demonstrating design savvy.
- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography.
- Understanding of Web and Mobile platforms.
- Experience in low and high fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brain storming.
- Deliver high-quality interfaces by applying UX / UI Standards, Guidelines and Principles.
- Candidate must be in sync with recent design standards and trends.
- Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and human-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools like UXPin, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize user research data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for articulating design decisions.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree.
- Design certifications.
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- UXPin – Mid to Expert level
- Figma – Mid to Expert level
- Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Other design tools.
