• Fraud Prediction & Solutions: Provide technical expertise for fraud prediction applications that process high-volume transactions.
• Rule Design & Implementation: Analyze customer requests, design effective rule strategies, and implement changes in an agile environment .
• Data Validation: Validate rule changes using transactional data to ensure quality and precision.
• Collaboration: Partner with technical and business providers to align rule development with business and product strategies.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Hands-on IBM ODM Experience: Proven expertise in IBM Operational Decision Manager software.
• Tech Expertise: Solid knowledge of Java and other object-oriented programming languages, SQL, and custom software development.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in agile lifecycles , testing automation, and behavior-driven development.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills, high energy, and attention to detail under pressure.
• Domain Knowledge: Financial Services or Payments industry experience is a plus.
