Position: Project Manager (US Construction Projects) - (Full Time| Permanent) Shift – Night US Based (According to Eastern Daylight Time) Joining – Early Joiners Preferred Location – Remote Company URL - Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
• Monitor project expenditures, track costs against the budget, and implement cost-saving measures as necessary to maintain profitability.
• Monitor project timelines, identify critical path activities, and take corrective action to keep the project on schedule.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance and maximize productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Or Master's degree).
• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering civil engineering projects in USA on time and within budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software's.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
