Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key online business channels such as Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and Quick Commerce platforms.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Customer Insights: Gather and leverage customer insights to drive product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with online partners to maximize profitability and ensure favorable outcomes for Chai Point.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and account status.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, preferably within the startup ecosystem.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in using data analytics tools.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including experience with platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and Quick Commerce.
- Attributes: Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
