Role Description This part-time hybrid role as a Freelance Human Resources Executive at Yashaamm Fashions Pvt Ltd, located in Mumbai, offers flexibility for remote work. The role involves handling day-to-day HR tasks and responsibilities, supporting recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and contributing to HR projects, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
- Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
- Experience in the fashion or textile industry is advantageous
