Role Overview As the Head of Learning & Development , you will play a pivotal role in launching Gynoveda's chain of clinics. Your mission will be to create innovative training programs, upskill a diverse workforce of 500+ employees, and establish scalable learning systems to support our rapid growth.
- Job Title: Senior Manager / DGM—Training, Learning & Development
- Location: Malad (Mindspace), Mumbai
- Position Type: Full-time, in-office, 5 days a week
- Budget: 20 - 25 LPA
- Curate pre-recorded content from platforms like YouTube, EdTech, audiobooks, and podcasts featuring global subject matter experts.\
- Clinic Staff Masterclass: Train doctors, receptionists, and front office staff to enhance consultation skills.
- Telesales Training: Create programs to improve call center sales conversions.
- Managerial Development: Develop courses for first-time managers to enhance people management skills.
- Leadership Development: Facilitate executive coaching for senior leadership.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI).
- Design video-led, self-paced training modules for remote learning.
- Implement assessment and certification programs to measure training outcomes.
- Recruit a 2-4 member team within the first year to support regional expansion.
- Partner with national agencies and project management teams for execution.
- Core Skills: Passionate about program creation, not just training delivery.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience designing and executing sales, marketing, service, and managerial training programs.
- E-Learning Expertise: Proven ability to create video-led training programs using LMS systems.
- Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working directly with founders and investors.
- Travel: Open to extensive travel across India for rapid growth.
