We aim to revolutionize how Indian businesses operate, ensuring efficiency, simplicity, and scalability. Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding businesses, building relationships, and driving sales for Biizline. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a passion for helping businesses grow using innovative technology. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Onboarding: • Identify and onboard potential business clients. • Explain the features and benefits of Biizline to users in simple terms. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth: • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking. 3. Relationship Management: • Build strong relationships with business owners to encourage repeat usage. • Provide support and guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding process. 4. Market Research: • Understand customer needs and market trends. • Gather feedback from users and suggest improvements to the product team. 5. Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Key Skills: • Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English . • Ability to explain technical products in a simple and relatable manner . • Field sales experience is a plus. • Negotiation and persuasion skills. • Basic knowledge of mobile and web apps. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred). • Proven track record in B2B sales is a plus. • Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
