Job Description: The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all team members. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with a knack for solving problems in an operations-heavy environment. Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee processes including onboarding, appraisals, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and manage disciplinary procedures effectively.
- HR Operations: Implement and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews and creating development plans.
- Autonomous Problem-Solving: Act as the go-to person for operational HR challenges, providing innovative and practical solutions.
- Culture Building: Contribute to creating a collaborative and engaging workplace aligned with the company’s values.
- Craft F&B Focus: Leverage knowledge or experience in the craft beverage or F&B industry to enhance employee engagement and align operations with industry trends.
- Overall 4+ years of experience with 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in operations-heavy industries such as Hospitality, FMCG, or Retail.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Proven ability to manage onboarding, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience working autonomously in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Experience or interest in the craft beverage/F&B industry.
