Job details
Job Scope: Plan and oversee maintenance work. Coordinate with subcontractors/vendors to ensure timely and contract-compliant service. Perform diagnostic analysis. Propose and recommend improvements, upgrades, and repairs. Justify and prepare for work variations. Certify payments for completed work. Attend meetings and submit monthly reports. Prepare a business continuity plan for service provision during emergencies. Ensure compliance with contract clauses and submit critical documents accurately. Job Requirement: Minimum 5 years experience in FM industries. Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, property management, and construction-related field.
