Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Total Cost to Company (TCTC): ₹12,00,000
• Basic Salary: ₹6,00,000 (50% of TCTC, paid monthly)
• Variable Incentives: ₹6,00,000 (Performance-linked)
• Retention Bonus: ₹1,00,000 upon completing 24 months of service.

Education Qaulifications- B.Des / M. Des / MFA or equivalent from a reputed institute or BE with Design thinking certification course from a reputed institute Key Responsibilities 1. Student Progress and Engagement

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of every student’s progress.
• Categorize students based on performance and maintain detailed documentation.
• Oversee communication with students and parents regarding academic performance.
• Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to provide feedback and assess student progress in theory and drawing.
• Personally address and resolve student and parent concerns related to academics.
• Visit all DQ centers (Bangalore and other cities) to interact with students and ensure academic consistency.
• Onboard new students and conduct online orientations.

2. Faculty Management

• Plan and manage class schedules.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of teaching delivery.
• Provide training to faculty (local and remote) to uphold academic standards.
• Supervise part-time faculty to ensure consistency in pedagogy.
• Strategize and oversee the development and improvement of academic content, books, and teaching methodologies.
• Ensure a supportive and professional environment among faculty members.

3. Academic Excellence

• Evaluate and address weaknesses in teaching methods and academic content.
• Standardize teaching quality across all centers.
• Develop and refine academic strategies to ensure high performance.

4. Marketing and Outreach

• Support counselors by sharing insights on student work, skills, and career paths.
• Represent the organization at school seminars, workshops, and online/offline talks.
• Assist with student inquiries and guide them on career options.

5. Operational and Administrative Oversight

• Travel across centers to ensure systems are in place and functioning efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for academic issues for students, parents, and faculty.
• Collaborate with the Success Coach and support staff to ensure a seamless academic experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Should have B.Des or M.Des from a well known institute
• 3+ Years of work experince as Desgner in the industry
• Passionate about education and mentoring young talent.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in academic content development and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to travel across centers and connect with students, parents, and faculty.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
