• Develop predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract valuable insights and inform company strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.
• Lead projects from conception to completion, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, overseeing implementation, and measuring impact.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the data science team’s capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Data Science methodologies and Machine Learning models.
• Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL for database querying is essential.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, regression techniques, neural networks, decision trees, clustering, etc.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
