We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to help elevate The Sleep Company ’s visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and experience in producing high-quality design assets for both print and digital media. As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand values. Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Design: Create and deliver visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media content, email newsletters, brochures, product packaging, and advertisements.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve The Sleep Company ’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in style, colors, fonts, and graphics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Take complex information and turn it into simple, clean, and effective visuals. Proactively suggest creative ideas to improve user experience and engagement.
- Design Production: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing workflow efficiently. Produce design files that are print-ready or web-optimized.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to create fresh and innovative visuals.
- Photo Editing & Retouching: Edit and manipulate product photos and images for marketing materials, ensuring they are high-quality and visually appealing.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar industry (lifestyle, retail, or health-related fields).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills across digital and print media.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to create original, visually appealing designs with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Ability to articulate creative ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
- Understanding of Branding: Experience in creating designs that align with and enhance a brand's identity.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and animation for digital content.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Experience working in the e-commerce or health/wellness industry.
