Key Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and legal standards

• Provide comprehensive client service during DLP
• Implement robust defect tracking and resolution systems
• Ensure prompt and effective response to post-project issues
• Follow up on retention payments systematically
• Maintain detailed documentation of all DLP-related interactions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Advanced project management certifications preferred (PMP, Prince2)

• Minimum 15+ years of comprehensive experience in project management
• Proven track record in design and construction industry
• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects
