Key Responsibilities

- Ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations and legal standards

- Implement robust defect tracking and resolution systems
- Ensure prompt and effective response to post-project issues
- Follow up on retention payments systematically
- Maintain detailed documentation of all DLP-related interactions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Advanced project management certifications preferred (PMP, Prince2)
- Minimum 15+ years of comprehensive experience in project management
- Proven track record in design and construction industry
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex projects
